Asked before most orders
€9 anywhere in Italy, €18 across the rest of Europe, free on orders over €180. Packed in straw and a double-walled crate; it leaves the studio within three working days.
Thirty days from the day it lands, for any reason at all, as long as it comes back in the crate it arrived in. We refund the piece and the outward carriage; you cover the return.
Send one photograph of the crate and one of the piece. We replace it from the next firing, or refund in full the same week if the piece has gone. No forms.
One message, no list
The Pietra platter is out until the fourteenth of February. Leave your address and we will write to you on the morning the kiln is opened — once, about that piece, and never again unless you ask.
Via del Fosso 22, Lucca
The studio is open Thursday to Saturday. Seconds — pieces with a glaze crawl or a warped foot — are on the back bench at a third off, and they never make it onto this page.
